‘Fairy Liquid’ hands and training 7 days a week…

So for those of you who are interested, this is the program I am working with at the moment. This will ramp up further. It’s very tough. Next time you’re at the gym have a go at it and let me know how you get on?. Continue reading »

Rowhire deliver the goods!

WaterRower

I am delighted to say that my Official Training Partner, Rowhire delivered two machines to me today. They have kindly agreed to lend me a WaterRower and a Keiser M3 bike from now until I depart for Australia. It is great to have them both as they will reduce the time I have to spend travelling to the gym. It also means that in the long hours of training to follow particularly on the rowing machine at least I can enjoy TV at home while working away. (Always a bonus!) Continue reading »

Fujisuka fujisuka fujisuka …this is ocean rowing boat… So after two capsizes can your day get any worse. I thought not, but I was about to be surprised. It’s funny now but at the time I felt almost calmer at sea having being capsized twice. I knew what it was like now and better still [...]
